What is CrossFit
CrossFit is a form of constantly varied high interval training. CrossFit is strength and conditioning that is made up of functional movements and these movements are movements you perform in your day to day life like squatting, pulling and pushing etc.
Our CrossFit classes are for any level of fitness whether you are new to the gym or have been training for a long time. As well as our CrossFit classes we also offer a barbell class every Friday at 6pm which we teach compound and olympic lifts like snatch and clean and jerk.
